Night Vision, Motion detection light
In general, night vision resolution is not good enough for a positive ID of someone grabbing a package, etc. If you also has a motion activated light, along with a Ring doorbell, would the doorbell night vision shut off immeditely when the security light comes on and give a clear video.

Great question @Wally ! If an area is too dark for the lens to focus on, we do recommend adding light as this will help night vision adjustment in low light conditions. Let us know how it goes! :)
