Newer Doorbell support for Sidewalk on devices
smart-lock

The Level Lock integration seems to currently only support first gen doorbells with Amazon Sidewalk. Is there a timeline on adding support for the new doorbells? Setup isn't allowed on the Video Doorbell 2 Pro through the ring app.

Hey @virtualmadden ! I’m here to help clear up some confusion that there may be around the Sidewalk feature and it’s opt-out option and viewing this in app. Sidewalk is only enabled for existing customers with eligible Sidewalk-enabled Ring devices, known as Sidewalk Bridges. You can see which Ring devices are Sidewalk-compatible [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032492292-Sidewalk-Information). Before Sidewalk became available, we began notifying existing customers with eligible Sidewalk Bridge devices so they could consider the benefits of Sidewalk and decide whether they want to change their preferences. Customers setting up a Sidewalk Bridge for the first time will see their Sidewalk settings during device setup, and can change those settings at any time. **Please note** : You must have a Sidewalk-enabled Ring device to use Sidewalk. You can learn more in our Help Center article [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032492292-Sidewalk-Information). If you do not have a compatible device, Sidewalk is not available to you.

I have the same question on this. I purchased the Level Lock Touch, stupidly assuming it would integrate with Ring and Alexa. Came to find out that it only integrates with the Ring Video Doorbell Pro (gen 3 or later) and does not work with the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2, which is the newest Pro doorbell. I am hopeful someone can tell us when this functionality between Level Lock and Ring for the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 will become available. It's frustrating because you can turn on Amazon Sidewalk for this latest doorbell but it can't be utilized with Level lock.

Same question here - I have a Ring Pro 2 doorbell which I made sure had sidewalk before purchasing but I can't seem to connect with the Level Touch lock. I have sidewalk enabled, but when I go to add a lock in the Ring app it says I need a compatible device and it tries to get me to buy a Ring Pro (1st Gen)...this makes no sense.
