Ring Video Doorbell
My Ring Doorbell pro doesn't start wifi in setup mode
Hi, My **Ring Doorbell Pro** doesn't start its wifi access point after entering in setup mode. I called support and the last thing we did together was to add the " **doorbell bypass kit**" to the power circuit. I also sent a picture to show how the power wiring was being doing (see attached file). Yesterday I sent an email asking if the support team saw the picture but I didn't have reply. Hi, I spoke to the support team and they diagnosed my ring doorbell pro don't work. They are sending me a replacement. Thank you. Best Regards, Luiz Almeida
