My ring doorbell pro disconnects from wifi when rings

Question

The signal (RSSI 36) and voltage (24V) are perfect. Every time someone rings the doorbell the Ring Doorbell goes offline. I used the doorbell without problems until 2 weeks ago. It’s a shame that Amazon treats its customers this way. Customer service understands nothing, continually makes me try to reset and reconnect from scratch and doesn’t solve the problem. It’s clearly a software bug but they struggle to understand this too…
