My Ring bell is corroding....Bought it on 13/06/2020

My Ring door bell has started rusting..it is just 12 months since installation.It was bought on 13 June 2020 but installed around Dec 2020.This should not be the case.I need a refund or I would like to go to consumer court in Australia if this is not resolved.You are bound to give me a weather proof product as promised.
