My Ring and Alexa Devices have all gone offline!

wireless-security-cameras
amazon-alexa

Hi All if my alexa shows, ring door sensors, ring house alarm and ring doorbell have gone offline at once. I know it is not the Internet connection as this is still goid for other devices. Can anyone recommend on this please? Cheers

    I'm in the midlands and have the same problem but we still have had no news from Ring on the issue

      Ring website it also down, I know how you felt I was panicking fingers crossed it a quick fix

    Hi Neighbors. If you are located in the UK, there was an outage with BT internet services that disrupted Ring devices. This issue has since been resolved by BT and your device should be functioning now. Let me know if this is the case.
