My camera struggles to view live mode, the motion video is captures is distorted colors of grey and blue and is extremely blurry. This started one day ago and I've tried to reboot it multiple times, my internet is fine and strong and works fine with every other device in my home. I don't know what the issue is but it's making me extremely mad because I paid good money for the camera and the subscription.  I need help!

    Hi @Dk031988. I would also recommend trying to factory reset it to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. I would also suggest rebooting your router and making sure your Ring device has good signal strength. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
