  Hi @wuredmanwu. For your installation, you will only need one Pro Power Kit. It has to be mounted on the first chime in the circuit. You can use the [wiring diagram for a Pro and two internal chimes](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022454432-Wiring-Diagrams-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-Setup) for reference as it is the same exact setup for a Pro 2 and two chimes. I hope this helps!

  Another question. I purchased and installed a new Ring transformer, but my doorbell still says the transformer voltage is poor.

  Hi @wuredmanwu, happy to chime in here. Can you clarify which transformer you purchased? There is the [Hardwired Transformer](https://ring.com/products/hardwired-transformer) and the [Smart Lighting Transformer](https://ring.com/products/smart-lighting-transformer), which serve different purposes. Additionally, make sure the Pro Power Kit is properly installed on the first chime in the circuit.

  Also, I tried on both chimes just to make sure and it's on the first one for sure
