Live-view audio missing at door
I have a Ring Video Doorbell Pro and recently, the intercomm feature in live-view stopped working such that if a person is standing at the door, I cannot speak to that person via the Ring app on my cellphone. I can hear the person at the door, but, the person at the door cannot hear me. Has anyone ever debugged a problem like this before? Help?

All of a sudden, one of the days on live view says, that there were not events that day. Yes, I have the ring + and yes the day before and after are recorded. Nobody else has access to my account. Did anyone encounter this?
