Live view working but not motion detecting or ringing doorbell

As above my ring doorbell doesn’t detect motion or ring when the doorbell button is pressed but live view works ok. I have tried resetting both on the app and the device but this hasn’t worked. How do I resolve this?

Hi @user_3f82fe. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, do you have Motion and Ring Alerts toggled on?
