Live view not working when NOT on Wifi
I've had my Ring doorbell for a week and added a Chime Pro yesterday to boost the Wifi. When I'm connected to Wifi on my phone, Live View works great. When I'm off Wifi and connected to my data network away from home, Live view does not work and get the following message "This feature is unavalailable because your phone has no internet connection." Does this have anything to do with the Chime Pro or could it be because of weak network data (everything else is working as it should, tho)?

Hi there, @drewmo! This may be cellular data or even mobile device related. The best way to check is to try another mobile device entirely, if possible. Ensuring your data plan or carrier allows for video streaming is always a good step. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. I recommend also trying out the [Rapid Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028023571-Rapid-Ring-App-Information), as it is designed for the quickest access to live view.
