    Hi @user39390. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, how are you charging the battery? Are you plugging it into a standard power outlet with the provided charging cable?

      How old is the battery? Battery life will degrade over time and Ring batteries used in outdoor devices are exposed to cold and heat so will degrade faster than one kept at a more constant temp.
