When an event happens such as someone rings the doorbell it takes 3 to 5 minutes before it appears on my iPhone to view. Once there and I click on it, takes an additional 2 to 3 minutes to appear so I can run.

Hi @Genesis. With a delay like that, I'd recommend checking the strength of the wifi signal that your Ring Doorbell is receiving. If the Doorbell has a weak or unstable signal, you're more likely to experience disconnects and delays with video recording, notifications, and motion detection. You can learn more about signal strength [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength). If the signal strength looks good, I'd then suggest performing a quick reboot on your Doorbell using the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). Should this concern persist after checking the signal and doing a reboot, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
