Is this the best it gets?

Is just bought a 4K and install. I have gigapower so Wi-Fi speed is not the issue. Is this the best quality it gets. Anything you can do to make it better? When I freezed the image I tried to zoom in you couldn't tell oh anything of who it could be.

Not going to lie, that image quality looks pretty great to me. If people are going to typically be that far away when you're hoping to identify them, you may consider moving the device closer to that area? The devices don't have zoom lenses on them, so you're going to rely on software magnification which will never be that great.
