Hi @user31385. Are you receiving this error message when the Ring app is asking for a verification code, or are you trying to create a new Ring account? When you log into the Ring app, it will prompt you for the email address and password associated with your Ring account. After entering in that information, you will be prompted for a verification code sent to the phone number on file with your Ring account.
