Yesterday, my Ring Pro went offline. It's the first issue I've ever had with it in 5 years. I reset it and got it to work again. However, in checking everything out, I noticed the app telling me that at 10V my power supply was insufficient. Even though I haven't had an issue in 5 years with this same power supply, should I bother fixing the insufficient power with an appropriate transformer?

Hi @MAG1. As mentioned in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000115323-Troubleshooting-Insufficient-Power-Issues-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-and-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2), your Ring Pro needs a 16V transformer. I would suggest upgrading your transformer.
