Install issues with Ring Pro2 (wired)
Hi all,I'm installing a Ring Pro2 video doorbell. I'm using the wire extenders because the wiring is a little too short where the doorbell is installed.I'm running into two issues:1. I see a low voltage warning when I check the health of the doorbell from the app2. The doorbell keeps ringing periodically and won't stopAnyone else encounter these issues before and have a workaround?Thank you in advance!

Thank you! I got the install sorted. I think I was installing the pro power kit onto the step down transformer in the garage. Instead, I installed directly on the doorbell chime inside the house as I was able to see the front and trans terminal screws. Doorbell is installed and properly powered

Hi @user55034. You want to make sure your [chime is compatible with the Pro 2](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059789591-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). If it is compatible, verify that you have installed your Pro 2 correctly using this Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054675132-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Installation-guide-). You also want to make sure your transformer meets the requirements of 16–24 VAC, 30–40 VA max, and 50/60 Hz. If you have done these steps and are still having the same concern, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406#store-opening-hours) a call for further assistance.
