Impossible to hear people with Video Doorbell Wired

The Ring DoorBell is a product that works not very well.I have Ring products for more than 2 years, and I am used to the common problems - people not detected on the video, for exemple, a package is left in front of the camera but no recording of who left it- sometime 45 delay about when someone is detected and the notification on my phone (all settings are corrects, ...)- Ring Chime get disconnected and we have to manually plug and unplug the device to get it back to workBut now, it is getting worse : - Someone press the button on the RingDoor bell, and the communication is impossible. We hear only 10% of the sound.The RingDoor Bell is then useless...anyone has the same issue ?Steve
