I no longer have mechanical chime option in settings

I had the ring doorbell pro installed for several yrs without q problem. Set it up with mechanical chime. My ring doorbell stopped working. I purchased a new one and now the option to setup up mechanical doorbell is gone. I see others have the same issue

Hi @user32045. Which model of Doorbell did you purchase? You can find the model name on the original packaging or on the Device Health page in the Ring app. The Doorbell Pro and the Doorbell Pro 2 should have an In-home Chime Settings option under the Device Settings tile. This is where you can choose if you have a mechanical or digital chime kit.
