Hi I have the same problem with my second generation copper Rae plate corroding. I have phoned Ring and although I am still in warranty, this does not cover the face plate. They suggested I looked on your website but you are out of stock, so what shall I do now please?

If there's been any physical damage to your Doorbell or the faceplate, I'd recommend following up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) to see what options are available.
