Help doorbell ring pro volume

I have just installed my Ring Pro doorbell, everything works fine except when you press the doorbell the unit makes a REALLY loud chiming noise... I want that to be either very soft or low volume or off, my neighbours will kill me if that racket goes off all the time. I can change the inside Chime unit but I can’t seem to affect the volume on the actual bell at the door... please assist me before I go deaf or get arrested for noise pollution!?
