hardware rest available?

Is it possible to do a hardware reset on the ring doorbell deviceIt's really fallen off a cliff the past few months... missing Motion, live view never shows, viewing recorded videos is just a black screen...Generally pretty unhappy with the device right now... if it helps I have the first gen DoorbellWifi signal is good too...
