getting Byron 766 to chime using my Ring door bell

I have just installed a Byron 766 chime when I found that the Ring wired bell wouldnt work with my original battery power bell. It is supposed to be compatible but 1. It is showing an alert on the power as just being 9V 2. The chime does not work when the Ring bell button is pushed ( all other features of the Ring camera are working ) How do I get the chime to work from the Ring door bell button. 9 I have read a previous post stating that you can set the In house chime using the Ring App but the option does not appear in the App)
