troubleshooting

Help, Dropped a screw while connecting the doorbell to the existing lines. What is the screw size so I can grab a replacement?

    Hi @MostPPL. Spare parts for your Ring Video Doorbell can be found [here](https://ring.com/collections/accessories/products/spare-parts-for-video-doorbell-v2). The screw is a custom T15 torx, M3x5mm. I hope this information helps!
