Front door camera static
 Hi, Please see picture attached; I have been getting static on my front door camera recently… what is going on?!

This has only started happening in the last few weeks and only happens at when it’s dark…, I have reset it a number of times. Current view at night in the pic attached

B@RingLet1 If the image is fine during the day and this only happens at night it is something to do with the IR function. Maybe the IR filter/how the camera is picking up IR light.

Hi @RingLet1. For this concern, I would suggest a few things. First, ensure that you are using the correct ports and protocols for Ring Devices. Next, I would try performing a reset on your Ring Doorbell. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once this is complete, you can reconnect it to wifi.
