Free Faceplate - Page doesn't exist

Was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to resolve this. Recieved the code for a free faceplate within 24 hours however I get this page and the code doesn't work in the normal checkout. Anyone had the same problem? Thanks

Hi @bubsxo. Have you tried opening this in a different browser? I would also trying this from a laptop or PC to see if you get the same results. Let me know if this works.
