Fedex delivery - ring stops recording within 20ft

Everytime a fedex delivery guy comes about 20ft near the home the ring video stops Why is this happening I tried motion detect only i tried smart alerts No problems Capturing my neighbors and the children playing but as soon as FedEx arrives and the young man approaches 20ft before my door all video stops and resumes when the truck is driving off Here is the attached video you can see for yourself.
