Failed ring 2

Question

Hi there I took the battery out of my fully working ring 2, put back in and the door bell just does nothing have checked it's not the battery by using one from another ring device any help appreciated ?

Hey @Rudd. Just to ensure we've covered all our tracks, could you fully charge one of these batteries until they are green, put it in your Ring Video Doorbell 2, give it a couple minutes and see it boots up then, or makes any light/sound indication of a dinging Doorbell when you press the button? If you still see no signs of life, please press and hold the setup button for 30 seconds with this battery in.
