Excellent internet Ring won't connect

I have excellent internet. The bell is close to modem. The bell is connected to my phone wifi. The bell is connected to the modem but it diplays amessage on my phone saying connected/no internet access. I have great wifi to my phone so it's not a modem, or internet issue. The white light is spinning continuously.
