  Hello Tom\_Ring, Thanks for your answer. I don't have any router connection problem at all, live view and events playback are working fine. The only problem I Have is when I enable the Event History Timeline feature the ring app just freeze and won't displays the proper interface. When I switch this feature off, all is working again. It happen couple days ago. This feature was working fine before. Best P
