Ring Video Doorbell

Doorbell will only work for a week or so then stops
hardwired-video-doorbell
troubleshooting

The only way i can get it working again is to turn the power off at the main.. then it will reset.. what can i do..

    I have same problem, you can see the live view but it doesn’t ring when pressed , says power is good and it’s 1m of cable from transformer to doorbell

      No mine.. is offline.. says its off.. i have to turn the power off at the main to restart the entire thing

        Hi @user1901. What is the RSSI for the Doorbell and which specific model do you have? Also, is your Doorbell receiving the correct amount of power from your transformer? This information can be found in the Ring app under the Device Health menu.
