Doorbell V2 stopped snapshot and motion detection

My doorbell v2 stopped taking snapshots at exactly 12 midnight last night, also won't notify me of motion or rings. It is connected, my internet is fine. Support escelated my case and they left it at that, they said it will start working when it is fixed. Anybody else had this happen? FYI this is a refurbed doorbell.
