Doorbell stopped working for no reason

Question

My ring doorbell isn’t working it just stopped working battery is full the white light won’t come on. Even when I press the button at the back I’ve only had it 10 days any ideas?

Hi @user52447. Can you provide a few more details regarding what feature of the Doorbell is not working? Are you unable to access the Live View? Does the Doorbell not ring when you press the button?
