Hi @SeppoFIN. The Video Doorbell (2nd generation) would not be compatible with a 5.0GHz wifi connection, so you will need to use 2.4GHz. If you have hardwired the Video Doorbell into an existing doorbell circuit, you will see the white light on all the time as this indicates it is hardwired. Try creating a guest network using only 2.4GHz if possible and attempt to connect the Video Doorbell to that network. If that still doesn't work, you can reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button underneath the faceplate for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, you'll need to walk through the setup process again using the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring app. If you're still unable to get your Doorbell connected, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). SNow I managed to install the Doorbell 2gen! I switched off my phone and after that started the modem once again. And reseted the doorbell and installed ring app with my tablet. After this I opened my phone and everything was functioning in my phone too! Jess!
