Doorbell Pro
Just installed my Ring Doorbell Pro. 2 problems..1. If I press the button to ring the bell, it does work but now the light around the button turns blue and circle for a long time. While this is happening, I cannot ring again.2. I set up my wife phone as "share". She does get the alarms but my phone no longer gets the alarms. What's up with that??? Any help is appreciated...

Hi @mbenazeraf. When you ring the Doorbell and the light is circling around the button, it is recording and processing the Doorbell ring as an event so it will not ring if the button is pressed again right after. This is how it's intended to function. As for the notifications, try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically resolves any notification concerns, so let me know how that works for you. :)
