Doorbell Pro
New to Doorbell Pro so probably an easy question to answer. The ring light is a very dull white when idle only noticeable at night when dark because it’s very dull is this because it’s a hardwired device and is there a way of not having the light stay on?

Hi @Benlfc. Correct, the white light indicates that your Ring Pro is in Idle Mode. This means it is not actively recording but is still connected to power. There is not a way to disable this feature. Feel free to check out our [Feature Request Board](https://community.ring.com/t5/Feature-Request-Board/idb-p/Feature_Request_Board) where you can submit ideas that other Community members can upvote and you may possibly see this in the future!
