Hey all, getting the doorbell pro, but read some reviews saying the transformer might not work, could any of you check if I’m going to run into any issues? I have no idea what I’m looking at. Thank you in advance!

Hi @Keming. The [Ring Video Doorbell Pro](https://ring.com/products/video-doorbell-pro) requires a compatible doorbell with a compatible transformer that is 16-24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz. I do see 24V 20VA listed on the transformer, which should provide sufficient power to your Doorbell Pro as long as everything is installed correctly. You can locate the installation instructions for your Video Doorbell Pro [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036047831-Physically-Installing-your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro), and information on installing the Pro Power Kit [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005974286-How-to-Install-Pro-Power-Kit-V2-for-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro). I hope this information helps! :)
