Doorbell Keeps Disconnecting

Video doorbell working normal for over a year then a few weeks ago it went “offline”on its own. It reconnects by itself then goes offline again. I’ve reinstalled it twice but goes offline again within minutes.

Hi @userbtv69. What specific doorbell model is this? This information can be found in the Ring app, in the Device Health menu. You can also find your [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) there, which can be playing a factor in your connectivity. A good first step would be to reboot your WiFi router and see if that improves your RSSI. Let me know if this helps!
