Doorbell exit

Question

I have ring video door bell, with motion turn on.  Ever times I leave the house the rings goes off.  The system should be able to tell which way I walk. How do I fix this

Hi @Rfgrefe. Regardless of which direction a person is walking, the Ring Video Doorbell will detect them if they are within its motion detection range.
