Doorbell camera offline?

I installed a doorbell previously used but I cannot get the camera to work. It says offline. I have gone through all the steps

    Hi @user70639. Is there a specific error you are getting? Does the device have power/charged batteries? What was the RSSI for the device? Does the device enter setup mode? We need some information to be able to assist you with this.
