Doorbell Anatomy
Attached is a photo of my Video Doorbell 3 Plus. Being the kind of guy who just likes to know how things work, I've identified some of the obvious parts of the doorbell (microphone, camera, and speakers) but am not sure about items 3 & 4. Ambient light sensor and 3 intrared illuminators, perhaps? Or 3 passive IR sensors?

Hi @Deep13. I can completely understand wanting to know how the Ring Video Doorbell 3+ works, it's amazing! The #3 is a Light Sensor and #4 are the additional Motion Sensors and Camera for the Pre-Roll that is unique to the Ring Video Doorbell 3+. I hope that helps you have a better understanding of how your Ring Device works!
