Doorbell 3 plus freezing at 8 second mark if pre-roll enabled.

I have a Doorbell 3 plus, and the video pauses at approximately the 8 second mark for 4 seconds on every motion detected event, but ONLY if pre-roll is enabled.The video is perfect if pre-roll is disabled.Wifi signal has been checked and confirmed good (tested with and without other Ring devices on network), have even tried with all other wifi devices swtiched off at the time, and the doorbell next to the access point.Tried with 2.4 and 5ghz, same result.Any ideas?
