Can anyone help? my front doorbell isnt picking up motion during the night unless i go in and reset motion zones etc before i go to bed. This morning it didnt pick up the milkman and then subsequently someone stealing my milk. I have reset ring, checked the schedule, zones etc. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

[@Tracya](https://community.ring.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/78286) Each Video device is slightly different, but check to see if you have the "Motion Frequency" option. Go to "Motion Settings" \> to "Motion Frequency" and change to "Frequent" and then tap "Save." Increasing to "Frequent" setting will capture the most motion. The "Motion Frequency" option can easily be missed/overlooked, because some people are unaware that you have to scroll further down while on the "Motion Setting page." Hope this helps :)
