Door bell 2 connect issue on home WiFi vs Phone mobile account
I use my phone to check my notifications. That works fine but when I am away from home doorbell has to activate witch 2 or 3 min. Many times activation fails. Usuall internet via ph works and connects with no problem. How do I speed up rings activation?

Hey @CAG! When a video streams as intended at home but does not when remote, this is often related to mobile device connection. I recommend testing a live view on wifi only, and again on cellular data only, on your mobile device. Keep in mind, that if you are accessing a public wifi connection on your phone, that it may not be strong enough to allow for streaming on your mobile device. Let us know how this goes! :)
