Deleted user still has access

I have deleted a user but they still have access, is there any other way of removing their access without having to obtain their phone to access the app on their phone.

Hi @RuthMc. If a person has been deleted as a Shared User, they should no longer have access. You can check your Authorized Devices to see if they are logged on to your account with your credentials. Let me know if this helps!
