Constant chiming and ring notifications on phone

Doorbell constant ringing flashing blue circle and phone saying someone is at your door.. did a hard reset, a reboot of both device and my phone and reconnected it to wifi and set it p as a new device but still doing it… how does warranty work as I purchased 27th November 2022
