My ring doorbell suddenly stopped working keep getting code p1-65 tried everything it says but still won't connect WiFi hasn't changed or the password battery power keeps at 69% even though it's been on charge all day can anyone help

Hi neighbors. If your Doorbell is not reconnecting to your Wi-Fi, try the following steps: - Reboot your router. - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. - Try completing your setup using a different phone or tablet. - If possible, bring your Doorbell into the same room as the router when doing your setup. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
