Can't select "Snapshot capture every 5 minutes" even Ring is wired
Hi, I don't know why my Ring doorbell can't select "Every 5 minutes" in Snapshot Capture setting. But my doorbell is wired. How can I select it? Thank you.

RMe too. I used to be able to snapshot every 3 minutes. Now the least I can do is every 14 minutes. I believe the change was after a firmware update. I was told they were "looking into it".

ARing, please can we have a fix for this as this has been reported a few months ago now. If I can't have this feature, can I send my unit back and you can refund me?

CHey neighbors! I'm still awaiting a follow up from my teams on this concern. To better assist in this matter, similar to how the OP has, could you please take a screenshot of your Device Health page, showing the device as hardwired, a screenshot of this option for 5 minutes being greyed out, and let me know what device this is happening on? This information would be most helpful to get to my teams! Thank you in advanced, neighbors. :)

I too had 5 minute option a couple days ago but now greyed out. anyone know why ring said, many months ago, it was a bug they were looking into but it is still not fixed ?? [date=2021-01-13 timezone="America/Vancouver"]

So I just upgraded to the new app version that came out yesterday Jan 29th. Version 5.35. Still don't have the 5 minute option available and solar says connected. This is ridiculous, why don't they just enable for all and let the user decide?

Yeah the problem is STILL A PROBLEM on my two Doorbell 3’s that are hardwired. Soooooooo when, IF EVER, will Ring “experts” fix this??????????

January 2022, I have this issue too. Didn't even know 5 minute was an option until I got two new stick up cams. My original only shows 14 minutes and 1 hour. Firmware is up to date, any ideas? Thanks
