Can't remove old location

Hi, we moved recently and setup new Ring cameras at our new house. I left my previous Ring camera at our old house. The new owner didn't move in immediately and the power has been shut off for the past two months. I want to clean up my account and remove the old location but I can't remove the device because it's powered off. What can be done?

Hi @user_74f39e. Once the new owners move in and power is restored, you may be able to remove the camera from the Ring app. If not, the new owners will receive a prompt in the Ring app to transfer ownership when they try to set up the camera. After the camera is removed from your Ring account, you can then delete that location
