Can’t create a Ring account
I have a Ring video doorbell. The Ring app was working on my iPhone 13 until a few days ago. It stopped working and said it couldn’t connect. I have the Ring app on my iPad Pro and it’s working fine. I deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it. When I opened the app, I was given a choice of creating an account or signing into an account. Since the app works on my iPad, I tried to sign in, but I got “406 Not Acceptable.” So I tried to create an account using the email address and password I use in the app on my iPad. That doesn’t work. I tried a new password and that didn’t work. In both cases, the message said “Something went wrong. Please try again.” It doesn’t work. Can someone help me?

Hi @user_7fb62f. Do you have an active VPN on? If so, disable your VPN, as this may cause issues with the Ring app.
